CROW & CROWN currently sells finished, non-editable digital PDF printables. No physical product is packed, mailed, or shipped.
What arrives after purchase
You receive electronic access to the PDF files listed on the product page you purchased. Each listing states its own page count and included pieces. Those details vary by product, so review the listing before checkout.
How digital delivery works
- Complete checkout with a working email address.
- After Shopify confirms payment, use the digital-access route shown after checkout or in your order email.
- Save the files to your device before printing.
If your order is confirmed but access is not available, email help@thecrowandcrown.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.
File format and editing
Current CROW & CROWN printables are delivered as finished PDF documents and are non-editable unless a specific product listing explicitly says otherwise. They are not Canva templates, and custom text, color, layout, or sizing changes are not included.
Print at home
- Use the paper size and orientation stated in the purchased listing or file instructions.
- Choose the PDF's actual-size or 100% scale option when exact dimensions matter.
- Turn off “fit to page” unless the listing specifically tells you to use it.
- Print one test page before printing a full set.
- Results vary by printer, ink, paper, screen, and print settings.
Use a professional printer
You may provide the purchased PDF to a local or online print provider only to produce copies for your own personal event. Ask the printer to preserve the file's dimensions and confirm any bleed, trim, stock, and color requirements before the full run. The purchase does not transfer resale or commercial-use rights.
No physical shipping
Digital products do not require a shipping method and do not include printed signs, frames, stands, envelopes, paper, decor, or any other physical item. Styling shown in an accurately labeled product image is presentation context unless the product listing says it is included as a file.
Download and printing troubleshooting
I cannot find the order email
Check spam, promotions, and the inbox connected to your checkout email. Then contact support with the order number.
The PDF opens in my browser but does not save
Use the browser's download control, then open the saved file from your device. A current PDF reader is recommended.
The print size is wrong
Confirm the paper size, orientation, and scale setting. For size-sensitive pieces, print at actual size or 100% and measure one test page.
The colors look different
Screen and print color can vary. Print a test page and, when using a professional service, request a proof if color matching matters.
I need an editable version
Current products are finished and non-editable unless the listing expressly states otherwise. Contact support before purchasing if you are unsure whether a product meets your needs.
