By using the CROW & CROWN website or purchasing from CROW & CROWN, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from the store.

Products and descriptions

CROW & CROWN offers finished digital printable party products and, when available, select physical products. The applicable product page describes the files or physical item, sizes, formats, personalization options, instructions, and delivery included with a purchase. Digital printable artwork is non-editable unless a listing expressly says otherwise. A digital listing does not include a printed physical item. Physical items are identified as such on their listings.

Personal-use license for digital products

Unless CROW & CROWN provides a separate license in writing, a digital purchase grants the purchasing customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for one or more personal events. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload for public access, claim as your own, or use CROW & CROWN files, artwork, instructions, templates, or designs to create competing products.

Orders, delivery, and refunds

You are responsible for reviewing the product description before purchase and providing accurate checkout information. For digital products, save delivered files and use the supplied files and print settings. Shipping, electronic delivery, cancellation, and refund terms are described in the store's Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Physical shipping options and charges are shown at checkout when a physical item is available.

Printing and third-party services

Colors, paper texture, scale, and final print quality can vary by screen, printer, ink, paper, print shop, and production method. CROW & CROWN is not responsible for third-party printer output, customer editing or print-setting errors, incompatible software not identified as supported, or event cancellation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property and site use

CROW & CROWN brand elements, product names, artwork, copy, printable files, guides, layouts, and visual designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. No ownership interest in these materials is transferred by a purchase. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use store content for unlawful purposes.

Changes and consumer rights

These Terms may be updated when the store, products, or legal requirements change. The version posted in the store applies from its stated update date. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
