CROW & CROWN Party Printables sells both digital printable products and select physical print-on-demand products.

Digital Products

Digital printable party packs, editable templates, PDFs, ZIP files, Canva template links, and download guides are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped for digital products.

After purchase, customers receive access to digital files, download instructions, or template access details through the delivery method listed on the product page.

Physical Print-on-Demand Products

Physical products, when available, are produced on demand through third-party production and fulfillment partners such as Gelato or another professional print provider. Production begins after the order is placed.

Estimated production and shipping times vary by product type, destination, fulfillment partner, and carrier availability. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Processing Times

Digital products are generally available shortly after purchase. Physical print-on-demand products require production time before shipment. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for physical products are calculated at checkout when applicable. Digital products do not require shipping.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, CROW & CROWN Party Printables is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages once production has started or the order has shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If a physical order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us with your order number, photos of the damage if applicable, and delivery details so we can review the issue with the fulfillment partner.

International Shipping

International availability may vary by product and destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
