CROW & CROWN Party Printables sells digital printable products, editable templates, and select physical print-on-demand products. Please read the policy below before purchasing.

Digital Products

Because digital products cannot be returned, downloaded, accessed, or delivered digital products are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

This includes printable party packs, editable templates, Canva template links, PDFs, ZIP files, setup guides, and download files.

Before You Purchase

Please review the product description, included file types, sizes, editing requirements, and printing information before checkout. If you have questions, contact us before purchasing.

Technical Access Issues

If you have trouble accessing your files, opening a download, or using a template link, contact us with your order number. We will help troubleshoot access issues and provide reasonable support so you can use the product you purchased.

Physical Print-on-Demand Products

Physical print-on-demand products are made after purchase and are not eligible for return or exchange due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size choice, incorrect address entry, event cancellation, or change of preference.

If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the issue with the fulfillment partner and determine the available resolution.

Custom or Personalized Products

Custom, personalized, edited, or made-to-order items are final sale unless there is a production error or another issue we confirm.
