Shipping policy

CROW & CROWN sells digital downloads and, when available, select physical products. Each product page identifies what is included. A digital printable is a file for you to print; it is not a printed or shipped item.

Digital delivery

Digital-only orders do not require physical shipping and have no shipping charge. After payment is confirmed, the delivery method and access instructions for the purchased product are provided through the order confirmation, delivery email, or the method stated on the product page. Delivery is electronic; no printed sign, paper goods, décor, packaging, or prop is mailed with a digital-only purchase.

If access does not appear, check the email address used at checkout and its spam, junk, and promotions folders. Contact help@thecrowandcrown.com with your order number and checkout email so we can investigate.

Physical products

Physical items are shipped only when their listings show they are available for purchase. Shipping options, charges, and any available delivery estimate are shown at checkout for the destination and items in the order. Production or processing time and carrier transit time can vary by product; review the individual listing and checkout estimate before ordering. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Where an item is personalized or made to order, production begins according to its listing details. If an address needs correction, contact us as soon as possible; we cannot guarantee a change once production or shipment has begun. Tracking information is provided when available. Shipping charges for an order containing physical products are calculated at checkout; a mixed order may include both electronic delivery and physical shipment.

For international orders, availability, shipping costs, taxes, duties, and import charges depend on the destination and checkout terms. Customers are responsible for charges assessed on delivery unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Printing digital files

You may print an included file at home or through a print provider, subject to the product's usage terms. Screen, printer, ink, paper, settings, and third-party printing can affect color, scale, and output. Review the product listing and supplied instructions before printing a full quantity.
