Printing & assembly

Print format: read before ordering

The supplied PDF uses 9.25 × 11.75-inch production sheets with an 8.5 × 11-inch trim area. The complete collection cannot be printed at its original size on standard US Letter or A4 without clipping or resizing. Use larger paper or a suitable print provider and preserve every cut shape at 100% scale. Some wide wraps extend beyond the marked sheet trim area, so do not crop all pages to that box.

This purchase contains one supplied PDF. Separate A4 editions, calibration pages and assembly-guide packages are not included. Blank menu areas can be completed by hand.

How to style the collection
  • Choose a welcome sign, the food/drink station signs that fit your event, and only the activity signs you intend to use.
  • Use tent cards or small flat labels at the buffet. Attach topper artwork to food-safe picks; position printed paper above exposed food.
  • Use wraps and labels on sealed outer packaging. Bottles, cups and packets vary in size; measure and dry-fit before making a batch.
  • Use appropriate holders or stands for cutout signs. Their custom shapes are not standard frame inserts.
  • Print as many copies of selected pages as you need for your own event; paper, ink, display pieces and assembly supplies are separate.

Use cardstock for signs and cards, flexible paper for sleeves and wraps, and appropriate adhesive stock for stickers. You will need cutting tools, a scoring tool for folds and suitable adhesive or attachments. Dry-fit one wrap or label on your own container before printing a batch. Short napkin accents may need a separate backing strip.
