Printing & assembly

Printing and fit in practical terms
  • Print at 100% / Actual Size. Check the calibration square before printing a batch.
  • Use cardstock supported by your printer for signs/cards; the guide suggests approximately 200–300 gsm where appropriate. Use lighter flexible stock for wraps and bands.
  • Follow the actual cut, score and overlap markings on the selected print file.
  • Test one sleeve or wrap on the exact filled container before printing all copies. Capacity labels such as 9 oz or 12 oz do not guarantee fit across brands.
  • Physical supplies are purchased separately: paper, ink, tape/adhesive, scissors, scoring tools, picks, ribbon, containers, sign holders and activity materials.
