These Terms of Service govern your use of the CROW & CROWN storefront and your purchase or use of products offered through the store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
Digital products
Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, CROW & CROWN products are digital downloads. No physical product is shipped. Each listing describes the files, formats, sizes, editions, and other materials included with that purchase.
Orders, payment, and taxes
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless checkout displays another supported currency. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated or displayed during checkout. An order is complete only after payment is successfully authorized or otherwise accepted by Shopify or the applicable payment provider.
We may cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, a technical problem, a legal restriction, or an inability to provide the purchased digital product. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the amount collected for the cancelled item will be refunded.
Product descriptions and mockups
We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Colors can vary between screens, printers, paper, ink, and print providers. Styled mockups demonstrate presentation and do not mean that physical décor, furniture, food, frames, printing, or other props are included.
Personal-use license
Unless a product listing expressly provides broader rights, your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for personal event use by the purchasing customer or household. Purchasing a file does not transfer ownership of the artwork, designs, brand assets, or other intellectual property.
Prohibited use
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, publish for download, upload to template or file-sharing libraries, claim as your own, or use purchased CROW & CROWN files to manufacture products for commercial resale unless separate written permission has been granted.
Digital delivery and refunds
Digital delivery is governed by the Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy. Refund and file-resolution requests are governed by the Refund & Digital Download Policy.
Third-party services
The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, customer accounts, analytics, advertising, and digital delivery. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We will provide reasonable assistance with order and file-access issues relating to a CROW & CROWN purchase.
Website and intellectual property
The CROW & CROWN name, original artwork, downloadable files, graphics, copy, product imagery, and other original store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not interfere with store security, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content at scale, or use the website for unlawful activity.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, CROW & CROWN does not guarantee a specific event outcome, exact printer color match, or third-party production result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as the store, products, services, or legal requirements change. The version posted at the time of a transaction applies to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
