These Terms of Service govern your use of the CROW & CROWN storefront and your purchase or use of products offered through the store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
Products and descriptions
CROW & CROWN offers finished digital party printables and selected made-to-order physical party goods. The individual product page controls what is included, whether the product is digital or physical, sizes, formats, options, instructions, production details and delivery method. No product includes personalization, editing or source files unless the listing expressly states otherwise.
Orders, payment and taxes
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless checkout displays another supported currency. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout. An order is complete only after payment is accepted by Shopify or the applicable payment provider.
Product imagery and color
We make reasonable efforts to represent products accurately. Colors can vary between screens, printers, paper, materials and production providers. Styled mockups demonstrate presentation and do not mean that unrelated props are included.
Digital-product license
Unless a separate written license states otherwise, a digital purchase grants the purchasing customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for personal celebrations. Digital files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, uploaded for public access, claimed as original work or used to manufacture products for resale.
Physical products
Physical products may be made to order by third-party production and fulfillment partners. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct option and providing a complete delivery address. Production appearance can vary slightly from on-screen previews because of materials, manufacturing and color reproduction.
Delivery and refunds
Digital delivery, physical shipping, cancellations and remedies are governed by the store’s Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Digital and physical items in one order may be delivered separately. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Website and intellectual property
The CROW & CROWN name, original artwork, downloadable files, graphics, copy, product imagery and other original store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not interfere with store security, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content at scale or use the website for unlawful activity.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, CROW & CROWN does not guarantee a specific event outcome, exact color match or uninterrupted third-party production or carrier service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
