Customer should provide

- Customer name and email
- Collection purchased: The Icon Edit or The Court Is My Canvas
- Event date
- Delivery deadline
- Shipping city/state/ZIP
- Desired printed pieces
- Preferred sizes, if known
- Estimated quantities
- Material preferences: cardstock, foam board, poster, labels, tags, table signs, or other
- Whether files also need personalization
- Any must-have pieces for the party setup
What happens next
- Customer purchases the printed party deposit.
- Customer completes the print intake.
- CROW & CROWN reviews the requested pieces, sizes, quantities, materials, and timeline.
- A production quote is prepared before final print approval.
- Customer approves the final scope and balance before production begins.
