Who this is for

This intake is for customers who purchased a personalized digital printable party experience. No physical item ships with this tier.

Customer should provide

  • Order number
  • Customer name and email
  • Collection purchased: The Icon Edit or The Court Is My Canvas
  • Child name or honoree name
  • Age or birthday number, if used in the design
  • Event date
  • Event time
  • Event location or venue wording
  • RSVP information, if applicable
  • Preferred wording for signs or invitation details
  • Any spelling, punctuation, or capitalization preferences

What happens next

  1. Customer purchases the personalized printable experience.
  2. Customer completes the intake with their event details.
  3. CROW & CROWN prepares the eligible personalized files.
  4. Final personalized digital files are delivered for printing.

Important notes

Personalization applies only to eligible text fields. It does not include a full redesign, new artwork, new theme creation, or physical printing. Printing is not included in this tier.
