CROW & CROWN Party Printables sells digital printable party packs and select physical print-on-demand upgrades.
Digital Products
Digital printable party packs, editable templates, Canva template links, PDF guides, and download files are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped for digital products.
After purchase, customers receive access to their digital download, template link, or instruction file through the order confirmation or delivery email.
Physical Print-on-Demand Products
Physical products may include professionally printed signs, posters, cards, stickers, apparel, tote bags, or other print-on-demand items. These products are produced after an order is placed and may ship separately from digital products.
Processing and Delivery Times
Digital products are usually available shortly after checkout. Physical print-on-demand products require production time before shipping. Delivery estimates vary by item, location, production partner, and carrier conditions.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is delayed, returned, or misdelivered because of an incorrect address, additional replacement or reshipping costs may apply.
Damaged or Missing Physical Orders
If a physical product arrives damaged or appears missing in transit, contact us with your order number and clear photos when applicable. We will review the issue and work with the print or shipping partner when possible.
Split Orders
Digital products and physical products may be delivered separately. A digital item may be available immediately while a physical print-on-demand item ships later.
