CROW & CROWN Party Printables sells digital printable products and select made-to-order physical print-on-demand products. Please review the policy below before purchasing.

Digital Products

Digital products include printable party packs, editable templates, Canva template links, PDF guides, ZIP downloads, and other downloadable files.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are final once the files, download links, or template access have been delivered or accessed.

Before You Purchase

Please read the product description, included file types, size details, editing instructions, and printing notes before checkout. If you have questions about a product, contact us before purchasing.

Support for Digital Files

If you have trouble opening, downloading, editing, or printing your files, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will help troubleshoot access and file-use problems when possible.

Physical Print-on-Demand Products

Physical print-on-demand products are made after the order is placed. Because these items are produced specifically for the customer, returns and exchanges are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, incorrect shipping address, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Physical Items

If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with the production partner when applicable.

Cancellations

Digital orders may not be canceled after file access has been delivered. Physical print-on-demand orders may enter production quickly and cannot always be canceled after checkout.
