Printing Guide

Printing Guide

This guide helps you choose the best print method for your CROW & CROWN printable party pack.

Print at Home

Home printing is best for invitations, small signs, favor tags, food labels, activity cards, thank-you cards, and letter-size printable pages.

For a more premium finish, use heavy matte cardstock and select the highest print quality available in your printer settings.

Professional Printing

Professional printing is recommended for oversized welcome signs, large statement signs, high-quality invitations, premium cardstock pieces, and anything you want to photograph beautifully.

Recommended Materials

  • Invitations: heavy matte cardstock
  • Favor tags: matte cardstock or linen cardstock
  • Small signs: matte cardstock
  • Large signs: poster paper, foam board, or rigid sign board
  • Labels: sticker paper or professionally printed stickers

Color Notes

Printed colors may vary between screens, home printers, and professional print shops. For the most polished result, request a test print before producing a full set.

Bleed and Trimming

If your file includes bleed or crop marks, send the file to a printer that can trim to size. Do not cut inside the final design area.

Large Signs

For 16x20, 18x24, or 24x36 welcome signs, use a professional printer. Rigid foam board or matte poster stock usually gives a cleaner event display than standard copy paper.
